"We had a great experience when purchasing a used Prius for our 17 year old son. We saw it online. Liked it. Test drove it. Negotiated a fair price. Had a couple of burgers while we waited for the paperwork. No hassle, but we did pay cash so that made it easy. We have not used the Service department yet so I'm a little weary after reading the reviews. Hopefully Toyota of Redlands management has read them and will make improvements. A little bit of service goes a long way!"
