I walked directly in and meet the internet sales Manager Jason Ho. I filled out my credit app, had my trade in appraised and then test drove the vehicle. I enjoyed the vehicle so I then met with the Finance Manager Gil Ygelsias. I then decided to upgrade to the Prius three and finalized the paperwork. No haggling and excellent customer service, I could not ask for more! Thanks to Jason Ho, Gil Yglesias and Jeff Sumpter (Service) for a great experience. This is my third Toyota and my second purchase at this dealer!"
