"The personnel at Toyota of Redlands are top notch. I have had 6 toyotas and have always taken them to this location for service. Personnel are friendly, helpful, and honest, unlike other service companies who will take advantage of an "un-educated" female and talk them into needing parts, service that they don't need. They are great at providing me with a completion time and keeping me up-to-date on the progress. I have never had an instance where they went over the time communicated even if they found additional items that required attention. The shuttle service is very convenient as well. I would highly recommend Toyota of Redlands"
"I worked with Jason in the internet department, and the details of the sale were worked out before I arrived at the dealership. I drove the car to make sure everything was okay--then went to financing department. The pitch for additional items was low key, and I did not feel pressured into purchasing them. Probably the best sales experience I have had to date."
