Thank you for sharing your experience with us! Way to go team!

"I was looking elsewhere to purchase a new vehicle because in 2004, I did not have a good experience at Toyota of Redlands. After having been approved for an auto loan with 4.75% interest, I started being more active in my search for a dealership. Before being approved for the loan, though, I emailed Toyota of Redlands and since then Caroline Amaya kept on communicating with me either by phone or email. She left a number of messages on the phone and emailed me several times. I wasn't annoyed at all because I was impressed with her persistence and friendliness. By the sound of her voice both in the phone and email, she was very sincere in helping me. In fact, I scheduled two appointments with her and did not show up twice because my husband did not feel like buying in the afternoon. Anyway, on January 7, I was hesitant to look for her because I did not show up in our previous appointments. I'm so happy though that when Larry (I think) asked me if I had spoken with someone already, I said I spoke with Caroline, and he directed us to her office. It was the best decision I made that day!

Caroline is top of the line as a person and as someone who helps people buy cars. Honestly, I don't trust car sales people because of my past experiences which includes Spreen Honda. I knew Caoline would be the same. I was wrong. She made sure my husband and I got the car and deal that I wanted. She made us feel that we were the most important people in the world. She even made sure that my children were comfortable, and asked if they wanted something to drink and even offered a muffin.

I love the white Corolla that Caroline helped me and my husband purchase. I honestly think it's the best car purchase I've made in my whole life; after purchasing 7 cars, I can finally say to myself, that it was an excellent deal! Caroline had everything to do with it. I was my same old self when I was purchasing, but she gave me confidence that I did not have to settle for anything less than what I really would like to purchase - that she would help me buy what I wanted. She helped me reach a decision with regard to choosing the best among my choices by explaining clearly why the white Corolla would be the best.

Cindy Godina was friendly and helpful too. We were at Toyota of Redlands for more than two hours but it was not a painful wait because they made sure we were comfortable (and like I already said, including our children).

Thank you Caroline for being such a blessing to our family. Every time I drive the Corolla, I'll remember your kindness and sincerity. May God bless you and your loved ones.

Thank you too, Cindy. Derek and I are both Math teachers, so we both believe in your Math skills - you have it. Otherwise, you wouldn't have been able to explain as clearly as you did to us. The numbers you were crunching and presenting - that's an application of Algebra. That's why your daughter is good in Math. She got your innate Math brains.

Thank you agian for all your help. I look forward to seeing Caroline in a few years after I pay off my CRV. I would like to purchase a Prius through her help.
